Adjunct Faculty - Psychology Fall 2024
Great Bay Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required. Semester: Fall 2024 Semester Adjunct Faculty: Psychology The instructor will be responsible for helping to prepare and to teach up to two PSYC110 courses. Course: Introduction to Psychology. The instructor must be available during the scheduled in person course time, familiar with Zoom, and should be experienced in Canvas LMS. The compensation rate is $800-$950 per contact hour [or $47.95 - $59.45 per clinical rate per hour if applicable]. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience. The minimum qualifications for the position are as follows: Education: Bachelor’s (minimum) or Master’s (preferred) degree from a recognized university or college. Experience: Four (4) years of teaching and/or experience.
