Great Bay Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; a strong academic background is required.

  • This course will be taught on campus in Portsmouth. Please do not apply if you are seeking a position that is online or remote.

Semester: Spring Semester, 2025

Adjunct Faculty: Management

The instructor will be responsible for helping to prepare and to teach an 8-week first year course. Course: Management, a required course in the Curriculum in Business Administration. The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an online or blended learning environment using a variety of platforms, including Zoom. This position requires the instructor to teach on campus.

COURSE: BUS114G Management

Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.

Adjunct Faculty:

The compensation rate is $800-$950 per contact hour [or $47.95 - $59.45 [per clinical rate per hour if applicable]. Compensation will be determined based on the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.

The minimum qualifications for this position are as follows:

Education: Master’s degree in business administration. A master’s degree in education: Curriculum and Development will be considered with 5 years of teaching experience in a business program in a high school or college setting.
