Position Type: Part-time, adjunct
Compensation: $800 - $950 per credit, based on adjunct faculty rank (determined by education and experience)
Location: NHTI Concord’s Community College, Concord NH

Overview:

NHTI – Concord’s Community College is seeking passionate and skilled educators to join our Adjunct Faculty Talent Pool in College Composition. Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in English, Composition or a relevant field.
• Experience: At least two years of teaching experience at the college level, preferably in an undergraduate writing course.
• Desired qualifications: Excellent communication skills, Familiarity with Canvas (or similar LMS), ability to teach other courses in Communications or Literature.
• Residency: Must reside in NH, VT, ME, MA, RI, or CT.

Position Responsibilities:

• Course Delivery: Provide instruction using curricula aligned with department and program standards.
• Student Engagement: Foster active learning through discussions, assignments, and assessments.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Professional Development: Stay current in your field and adhere to institutional policies and guidelines.
