Talent Pool for Adjunct Faculty – Anatomy & Physiology
Position Type: Part-time, adjunct
Compensation: $800 - $950 per credit, based on adjunct faculty rank (determined by education and experience)
Location: NHTI Concord, NH

Overview:

The Department of Natural Sciences at NHTI is building a pool of qualified adjunct faculty candidates to fulfill future in-person instructional needs. Joining this pool offers an opportunity to teach courses that provide students with essential knowledge in Anatomy & Physiology, with an emphasis on practical applications and real-world relevance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field or at least 24 graduate credits in the field of instruction.
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience and familiarity with Canvas (or similar LMS) preferred.
  • Residency: Must reside in NH, VT, ME, MA, RI, or CT.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Course Delivery: Provide in-person instruction using curricula aligned with department and program standards.
  • Student Engagement: Foster active learning through discussions, assignments, and assessments.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Professional Development: Stay current in your field and adhere to institutional policies and guidelines.
