Adjunct Faculty - LPN
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program at River Valley Community College seeks clinical Adjunct Faculty members to serve our students in clinical settings across the state (Belknap County, Cheshire County, Coos County, and Grafton county). These positions are a part of the LPN Program and will report to the Allied Health Department Chair. CCSNH has established employer status within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). In compliance with CCSNH policies and state regulations, eligibility for employment within CCSNH and its institutions requires residency within a New England state. Adjunct Faculty - LPN Program - Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Terms Med/Surg Clinical (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Saturday hours available depending on location- 10-16 hours per week). Minimum qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a major in Nursing; Prior teaching experience preferred. Licensure/Certifications: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the State of New Hampshire. Must meet the continuing education requirements by the above Board of Nursing to maintain continuing licensure. Special Requirements: Evidence of current annual screening for tuberculosis and documentation of appropriate vaccinations to measles, German measles (rubella) and hepatitis B upon employment. The credit rate will be determined by the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
