Adjunct Faculty: Nursing
NHTI-Concord’s Community College is seeking qualified applicants who are interested in teaching at the college on a course-by-course basis.
Semester: Spring
The instructor will be responsible for preparing and teaching the following 15-week course:
Clinical
Course Number: NURS 117
Lecture Hours: 0
Lab, Clinic or Practicum Hours: 7.5 hours for clinical each clinical day. (2 days/week)
Credit Hours: 7.5 per week
Educate students in maternal-child and/or medical-surgical nursing in the clinical setting as appropriate for the academic program and supervises educational activities of students under actual clinical/simulation situations. This position reports to the Department Head of Nursing at NHTI, Concord’s Community College
Requirements: Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN considered). Current New Hampshire RN license. Availability to teach in the hospital setting in Concord, NH or Manchester, NH. Familiarity with Canvas or a similar learning management system (LMS) is recommended. Residency in NH, VT, ME, MA, RI, or CT required. (Relocation expenses will not be reimbursed.)
Pay rate is $862 per contact hour.
